My work spans full-stack development, platform architecture, and technical leadership—helping teams ship high-quality changes consistently while mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Currently at Blackbaud, I lead teams building large-scale nonprofit SaaS products used by thousands of customers. I've architected query systems, designed global address APIs, shipped event registration platforms, and contributed to AI adoption patterns. Previously at CarMax, I optimized online appraisal experiences. Earlier work includes mobile auction software, email marketing platforms, and internal developer tooling that reduced cloud costs.
